Consultations & Appointments

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or free rescheduling

• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund or credit toward a future session

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Non-refundable

Courses, Workshops & Events

• 7+ days before the start date: Full refund

• 3–6 days before the start date: 50% refund or transferable credit

• Within 72 hours: No refund (materials may still be provided if available)

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable items (e.g., PDFs, eBooks, recorded courses), we do not offer refunds once access is granted or the content is downloaded.
